If so........My client, a major utilities company are currently seeking a number of Senior BA`s to be based from their central scotland location.
Experience Required
• Excellent analytical skills including a good knowledge of analysis and design methodologies.
• Ability to capture requirements models using UML.
• Thorough understanding of business processes and activities.
• Understanding of the Rational Unified Process.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies, expectations and constraints.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Risk assessment and management.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Prioritise and control multiple streams of work.
• Liase well with business representatives and colleagues.
• Understand impact on deployment and support costs.
• Consensus approach to problem solving.
• Maintain high-level awareness of IT developments.
